Have always enjoyed firearms and looking forward to prairie doggin in a week and a half. I've made some tasty sausage, jerky and smoked meats from venison and pork. Got into making wine a few years ago, mostly fruit but that corn wine will put you down quick. Currently have 250+ bottles in 15 or so flavors and 25 gallons aging.
