Have someone hide all your guns, ask wife/family to stay at inlaws, don't go out in public for 60 days. Go cold turkey. After 30 days, nichiting cravings will be as bad as day 1, all but gone after 60 days. I should know, I've quit a dozen times. Was told should quit according to Farmer's Almanac chart. BTW, the dog will eventually come home too.
