Jeff- re: milk causing girls to develop earlier, I would question the validity of those "studies" and the source of them. Credible studies are linking the seemingly earlier development of girls to obesity. Basically a girl will start puberty when her body has reached certain milestones, including a certain percentage of body fat. As many of us have observed, kids "these days" are quite sedentary.

The bottom line on milk is that it's all the same regardless of how it is produced. It's the same stuff I drank as a kid and the same stuff my 87 year old grandmother got right out of the cow when she was a kid.
