| It is a pole or column style building. Ran the concrete 1st. The columns are bolted to the pad. I would recomend raised chord trusses. It gives it a vaulted ceiling effect. I think we wre one of the first to do that in this area, salesman couldn't believe how much more open it made the house. We built it right behind the old house. Worked on it nights or when it was raining. | |
