SC WI | It seems like a good portion of draft picks are wasted, picking up veteran players is wasted(Watkins, Funches, and so on). They did a good job with Douglas and the other defense player last year, however this year D coordinator doesn’t play to the strength of the D. They let MVS go, when they knew Adam’s contract was up shortly. MVS had that draft and develop potential. They are still paying most of Smiths salary even though he is having a stellar year for Vikings…. That stings. I think more player contracts need to be performance based, and not screw up the CAP, years after they are gone.
