I'm familiar with the rules also, but I'm unaware of anyone having been reprimanded in any way for observing their own crop fields without Commercial Part 107 license, assuming they were not violating any airspace or safety oriented rules.

Has anyone heard of this potential infraction being pursued by FAA, or can they link any factual reprimands?
