This week we will be burying all new water and drain lines in our robot calf barn. Typically outside the lines would get buried 6ft deep. I'm not really eager to do that in my barn. Thoughts?
Up here in the near-arctic, we bury all our lines 10' down and sometimes they still freeze.
A little trick some do is to put insulation over the line before you bury it.
