West Union, Illinois | Radiehl - Delivery trucks here use a valve like this. That valve is a fill valve, but what he pictured is not. Your link is for a Rego A7797A that goes on the end of a hose and connects to a 1 3/4" ACME male fitting. It is just for flowing into the fill fitting.
His photo is a withdrawal or unloading valve that connects to a 1 3/4" ACME fill valve and uses a rod to push it open and allow gas (or liquid if it the ACME fitting is on a dip tube) o flow out of a tank. The 3119A, 3120, and 3121 all do the same thing, except the 3121 does not have a quarter turn lever. The 3119A does not always work with all brands of ACME fill fittings. Should, but doesn't.
