Simple Fix. At the base of your windshield wiper there is a little cover. All you have to do is pop that off with a pocket knife or screwdriver. Under that little over is a nut, i believe to be 15mm. Hold the wiper and tighten the nut and snap the cover back on. This happens on mine during the winter when i try to wipe off too much snow of there was ice on the wiper. To much torque and just causes the nut to come loose.
