You raised a good point about programs. I should have thought about that because Syngenta sure has there fair share of programs.

About hiring an independant person: Another very good point. I would any day take the opinion of an unbiased crop scout over any company rep. I would argue that every grower should have an independant agronomist advising him or someone connected with a supplier that he can trust. (If you are with a supplier I would suggest having at least two different individuals...reason why I said you should not plant 100% one brand) Because I don't know any farmers large or small that can keep up with all the info in todays world without some outside agronomic advice. Maybe you are an exception and if you are I would enjoy visiting with you some day.
