Bought a used one recently.  Have to pur concrete in the frame on the bottom to hold it down.  Water can be an issue, 15 feet in the ground.  We have a switch that shuts off the auger when the pit is empty, so we can leave when semi is empty.  Really if you don't automate the auger, what good is the pit?

Would be very easy to build your own if wanted?
