Huntley Montana | I don't feel too sorry for those who thought they had to run everyones rent up. I'm in the game for the long term, & what I offer I will pay, EVERY YR, ON TIME. But I wasn't going to get CRAZY & offer what I couldn't afford to pay. I had a few leases come up this yr that got increases. The reasonable 1's I kept, the 1's I thought were out of line I let someone else rent. I know I can live with the prices we have seen the last 10 yrs. Some of the new tenants might no pay ALL the rent some yr. | |
