wheat farmer

I feel your pain. Tried to drill wheat Monday but kept getting stuck trying to go around mudholes. Just gave up. No real acres planted and milo with heavy heads still standing. Lots of beans in the area to the east still uncut. Judging from the unplanted acres as I drive east, there are quite a few in the same boat. Those who could get in at the beginning of the month have excellent stands but water is standing in low spots and terraces for over a week now. That wheat will never return.
