If not then you have it for another year at the same price. What is it there?
When did you pay the last part last year? Is that spelled out in your contract?
I have one that wants 4 payments, 1 jan. 1, 1 may. 1 when we start into harvest, 1 when done. or soon after. Kind of a hassel . But talking to him early fall asked if he was going to up the rent next year. Said it was about time the tenate made some money so NO Change.
I don't think he can keep you out from harvesting the crop. But might not want to leave the combine there overnight.
