Ed, I think this year all lot of guys accidently got pushed into sidedressing "here" Some are saying it's the best mistake they've ever made and most will be going to atleast a split app(big step for diehard fall N guys)....

From my past experance our ground will do 120 on zero rate checks(36# N from P&Kapp) and I've heard of 200# fall apps being aparaised at 130avg this year? while a neighbor that sidedressed is running over 200? on 150#'s........ I'll take my chances.



most have always relied on the excuse"what will happen if we get to wet and don't get it on"..........

Experance will tell them after this year, you can make time to sidedress......

As for nitrate test I just lined them up and hopefully will have results shortly harvest--loran
