Dave is doing everything I would expect and more.

But sidedress on corn or topdress on wheat just makes too much sense and too many dollars not to do it.

I could spot what I thought was every sidedressed field from the winshield on our 3000 mile trip. Did those fields have too much N? I don't know but they looked better. Soil test, tissue test, stalk test, all the tests we don't want to take. This one won't hurt like the doctor and could reap big dividends.
