Coloma WI 54930 | Brian we do fresh market produce and with our onions we sell them fresh until they get baseball to softball size and the tops start going down so we pull them to dry. It seems like a lot get slimey, is there a better way to get the onions to dry without spoilage? I would say it is about 2 to 3 weeks from the time we pull them to the time we can start bagging them.
