Tony, how many hours on the engine?is it a common rail? is it charge air cooled? If you have a boost leak and the engine was being overfueled with the chip and not getting the fresh air it will burn a cylinder faster than you think. Was it underpowered to begin with which was the reason you chipped it? Andy
