No the engine isn't getting hot at all. I guess I wasn't clear there but I meant when it gets up to norml operating temps. The mechanic just left a message on my phone and said that after he reset the vavles again, it started to miss again after running about 20 minutes. He then just wrapped up the motor to full throttle and let it run there several minutes and when he slowed it back down it was running fine. He thinks maybe I had trash in an injector or something similar. I kind of doubt that since it had the miss with both the old and new injector. Fuel does spray from all of the lines when you crack them but it's obviously a little hard to tell the quantity. The mech. said change the fuel filters and put it back in the field. I guess we'll go see. I'm not real confident but who knows. I hate putting the hood back on if I still have troubles. They must have built these combines to be structually supported by the 30 bolts in the stupid hood! Bye for now.
