we have two of them.  great idea for older bins that the floors have sunk down in.  they seam to work good, a little slow when the sweep is going, but then what isn't.  only problems we had was the first year they had to small of a set screw in the bottom drive.  drilled it out and put a bigger one in with loctite and no more problems.  would buy again.
