It is not a zero pressure case drain, but it is a hydraulic motor return. There is some pressure in that circuit so it can't be used as a case drain. It does use a standard ISO (Pioneer) style male tip. Intended to get hot return oil into the oil cooler circuit without going back through a remote valve.
