You make a good point. The frame (not parallel links!!) should ideally be "level" however in the real world that is impossible to maintain with changing soil conditions, planter seed and fertilizer wt changes etc. Given that is it better to be slightly heeled BACK, not ever nose doswn for a wide variety of reasons. This applies to ALL common US planters.
