Subject: Sunflower

NC Kansas
It's a Sunflower disc. I'll probably start a color war, but Sunflower builds probably some of the best disc's on the market. They are built about 60 miles from here where I live. They are now owned by Agco. I started my farming career pulling an old 18ft offset built by Sunflower. Last one was a 35ft. double offset and it was a dream. They are built heavy and will cut and not leave a ridge behind like some of the others. Check out their website to see all the other stuff they manufacture. One feature of that 4 section double offset is; use 1 remote for each 1/2 of the disc. When you get to the corner, or the headland; you only have to raise the 1/2 of the disc that will be on the inside of the turn. A lot of manufacturers make their discs in a 3 section, but won't do the leveling job like these Sunflowers.
