Little River, TX | The CP is a little higher than I would expect considering your ADF & NDF, and a little higher than really needed.
A slightly lower ADF & NDF would provide a better energy package. You probably would be better served if the RFV was closer to 100.
What interest me is your mineral analysis looks to me like you have a good fertility program going. From my perspective, as a hay grower, yield, and animal acceptance is important. With grass hay I try to harvest at 12% CP.
Here we can effect energy and animal acceptance with harvest management.
