Well, it's all in the crockpot so I'm hoping to have the poor man's prime rib version for supper. I think the next time I'll try w/ the potatoes and veggies. The poor man's prime rib just sounded so easy and I'm running a little short on time so I figured I'd try that first. Thanks for the advice everyone.
