Medford, OK | Wanting to cook up some salmon for the girlfriend tonight. Was thinking about buying a filet and cutting it into smaller pieces and placing them in a foil pouche with lemon/pepper/garlic and some type of herbs and throwing them on the grill. Also dont know what kind of side dish to have. What are your thoughts, and also, do you have any other ideas on how to cook the salmon? Let me know, TIA. | |
