ECIL | Possible bull market stoppers could be exports, but demand is very strong even at these prices. People need to eat. It could be ethanol but from what I understand e-plants are still working with healthy margins at these levels. It could be feed demand but what livestock is left from 2008 is/better be savvy enough to have hedged or purchased outright at least 6 months of needed supply. My guess, fwiw, is some unforseen event will need to occur, possibly outside influence, to turn this train around near term. | |
