I would add that if you can get them started with some quality pigs, not that they will have health issues to deal with, then I think it could be a good summer job. What type of manure agreement do you have with the owner of the buildings? Electicity and repairs? Just make sure you know who stands what beforehand. Hopefully the owner is someone that will be fair to your kids and not out to squeeze every last dime because he thinks the kids made more than enough. I know feeders aren't cheap.
