On mine there is a ground from frame to batteries right by batteries. Also another ground from starter to frame. Take those loose and clean them up. Otherwise check positives on cables. Grounds were what fixed mine though. Make sure batteries are fully charged also, could have gotten drained somehow. Easy things to check to start with.
