I can’t see a ball bearing being a successful solution in this situation. KISS principle here. Bushings are simple and relatively cheap. Now bring me a needle bearing setup and I’ll look at that. Doesn’t need rotation, but I’m guessing it will be cost prohibitive. J
How would a needle bearing be any different from a ball bearing?
