Do you have the correct motor pulley on it? I just bought a wrx 10”x31’ to fill my dryer but went with a 10” so I could also use it as a load out auger. Dealer supplied me with a 4.5”(I might have to double check that)pulley. He said that size was needed to get proper speed.
