Hired hand has white mold problems with his 20 acres of beans and wants to plant them with the planter instead of the drill. I don’t have bean plates and they are $45 a row so borrowed one and drew it up in cad and 3D printed one. The plate needs to be smooth so it doesn’t damage the seal so printed it again so it had a smooth surface. Took it to our seed dealer and he put it on the test stand and it worked great. He had another bean plate that only had one row of holes that I could use with  my corn double eliminator so will print that one to use Instead of the two hole. We have a web site ( 3dagparts.com ) that we sell delaval robot parts. Farmers have me make parts for them. Have made a gear for a curtain gearbox, electric box for a silo unloader, fender mount for a semi, some plugs for 2x6 tubing that went on a semi, a float for a milking system, plus all our robot parts. The only trick is you need to be good with a cad program and my son is pretty good with it
