Sheridan Mi
I turn the bulls out July 15. My first calves hit the ground around April 22-23. It's drying out and warming up by then. I finish all of my calves, so pounds don't really mean as much to me as live calves. I only lost one last year and that wasn't due to weather. She shoved it out overnight when I wasn't around and the head got rolled underneath and it suffocated. I know a guy about 80 miles north of me that went to August 1 for turnout.
