I would look farther south in places like Cannon Beach. Seaside was like a carnival the last time I was there, but that was a long time ago.
I go to seaside every year. I dont see the carnival reference.. Actually its an amazingly
clean town ,even with its close proximity to the cesspool of portland.
Traffic at certain times of day is a mess.and holidays and long weekends are extremely crowded. |
