SW Minnesota
We seem to do something every year. I started doing a 4 year foliar trial. We did a 4 year 2x0 vs in furrow vs no infurrow in multiple combinations trial. We did an 80 of a nitrogen rate trial last year. Variable rate different side dress rates in multiple blocks across an 80 replicated over and over to achieve a spectrum of total N use vs yield data. Ran fungicide trial along with different products of fungicide trial for a few years.
This year we will continue on the total N use trial and also going to do a fungicide trial using cheaper products at higher rates to see if they can perform at the levels of some of the more expensive ones.
