Some of our stoplights have a pedestrian count-down timer that also serves to show when the light will turn red. I really like those but not all lights have them. The four lane through this town is a 55 MPH highway with traffic lights. Navigating the street with a 3/4 ton diesel pickup is an adventure. A motor home towing a dinghy car would be even worse.
