Thanks for the replies. I think if I couldn't get .15, I'd park machinery in it. Or keep feeding cattle.
depends what you have invested-the 300 head buildings in reality work at 240l
head better
you have 12,000 sq ft 40x300=12,000 or about 240 head@50 sq feet
240 head is $36 dollars a day at $1080 a month,or $12,960 a month
that means the cattle housed in your building 1 year have to generate $54 profit just to pay the rent,then add in bedding etc

As a guy who wants to rent buildings it gets to the point that rent is going to add cost to break evens
at .15 a day you do not say anything about water,utilities etc. a very hard way to put value on rental
Then there is big difference from renter to renter,some take good care and some never will
