South Central MN | More of a curiosity question, but would a mill like this also be designed for adding on parts to handle other grains than oats? Could be opportunities in the future for grains like spelt, einkorn wheat, rye, hulless barely, oats... Heck even certain varieties of upland rice could probably grow around here.
