6.50 is a good price but i think that trucking will eat into the pockets of the farmer depending on their distance from the mill. Any thoughts on price after 3 years? Your spread sheet looked good but the 130 bushel oats is prolly not a very good number to use for most farmers who will fall around the 90 bushel area.
Hows the regenerative ag going to be enforced? In organics there going to a regenerative endorsement on their certification which means more paper work and an extra inspection.
But overall sounds like a good thing.
