NC Iowa
How will delivery be handled/ allowed? You will have to have delivery 11 months a year, someone delivering off combine should be priced quite a bit less then someone handling again and storing for 4-10 months.

How long will it take before money comes in for finished product? Is the current 8-9% interst figured for that outlayed capital?

Should the oat price be tied to an average, or a premium over the board? Just wondering what happens if corn goes to 3 or 8$, allows oat price to respond correctly, but still offer an advantage

What happens if production is down compared to normal, will you be able to buy non source proven oats to keep mill busy, albeit lower profit margins?
On opposite side, what if production is much higher, how will delivery or contracted bushel be reduced to all producers fairly or run faster to use "extra" bushels?

That's all I got for now.
