For a mill and the acres to support it of its size, I would want to have a very good and big grain receiving system to take surge harvest bushels and get maybe 30-45 days of oats for processing because of conflicts with corn and bean harvest with cooperating farmers. (I might have missed it in the concept build out pdf).

How long would it take (farmer “transition” time) to reduce the gly trace levels?

What would be your minimum milling specs for oats? Our oats in the south are always lighter; however, no one pays attention to varieties here.

I would encourage you to also reach out Chris Barron of AgView solutions for some perspectives/groundtruthing of COP on corn/beans. Not saying you are incorrect in any way…. But, Chris Barron is someone with lots of street cred in this area.
