Timing would depend upon the disease(s) you are wanting to target. But, basically somewhat similar timing to other fungicides/bactericides.Efficacy of SaniDate 12 depends on coverage, exposure time, rate & timing. With Chemigation coverage is outstanding.
To clear out scale & algae in the pivot whenever you feel the need. Send me an email with crop & disease targets & I can suggest more specifics for your situation.
