Townsend, Montana | I cut out all processed carbs (any carb you couldn't make in the kitchen from whole food) and had the same results. No aches and pain at all anymore. Still eat a lot of home made bread (grind the wheat right in the kitchen) with butter an raw honey. Love a big plate of fresh grated hash browns fried in butter.
It is my opinion that wheat/gluten get a bad name from white flour with it "enrichments" and lack of fiber. I used to have bad asthma/farmer lung. I have narrowed it down to the folic acid added to "enriched" wheat and corn products. Ever since I cut out all the processed carbs, I haven't had any breathing problems.
