I have always ate alot of bread and potatoes but had to cut back on several foods before some medical tests.I was barely walking a few months ago but after cutting back on carbs my knees are just stiff the pain isn't near what it was,,,I have taken hand fulls of pain pills for years,but feel 5 years younger right now
