S Illinois | Depends on what your timeframe for physical movement is. $5.25-$5.50 N24 is a sell level. Everyone is waiting on the market to do what it did 2 years ago. We are slowly transitioning back to a more normal market.
Edit: Funds will be a big hurdle with them being short. Decent carry market means it pays to be short as they make decent bank on every contract roll.
