I’m not sure what other protein sources are available in your area but here I’m feeding fababeans.

They’re $10 CAD per bushel. Works out to $0.12 USD per pound. They run about 30% protein.

I had tried using 30% and 40% protein tubs in the past but my intake was low due to the cold weather making the tubs too hard.

Right now this is about my cheapest form of protein available.
