Pittsburg, Kansas | I have posted links to vitamin D at least a fews times in the past 5 years. This particular presentation has some more and new information I have not heard before. Is what he is presenting correct? I don't know, but I find it interesting and it being a possibility. According to Sten Ekberg it is pretty important.
Wife and I just had ours checked. Hers low 40's and mine at 50. Adequate but not overly high. Compared to us both being at 50 the previous test. We have been taking D3+K2 supplement for most of the year (5,000+100 last several years). In addition I had been taking a teaspoon of Cod Liver oil many days most of this last 6 months (she could not stand the taste of it, LOL). Is it the right thing to do? I don't know. Just what we been doing, and doesn't make it correct. I make lots of mistakes so this could be one of them.
