s nd | I recently heard you should take vit d with fat. Maybe you already knew that. I was taking it in the morning with coffee and sometime/mosttime limited breakfast. Had mine up to 95 in april of 21. Quit for awhile and got it back to 55. My dad died in 78 and someone goes, yep, the farmers chemical alley here. Then some years ago I heard a doc say he thinks the lack of vitd (sunlight) in us northern guys is a factor more so.
