Carter Montana | I agree, Frozen Shoulder. I can't agree on the cure. Physical therapy and "Homework" exercise helps a ton because you have to get the joint working or it will freeze up permanent. I think I went 16 times (4 months) with homework every night. It's a slow process. I don't think it will loosen up on its own in time to prevent bigger issues with the shoulder socket. If you don't have something torn, you need to work it. It is very painful and takes months but needs to be done. | |
