oregon | I don't pay much attention to aches and pains, as they were a normal part of work, sports and growing up. I do recall that about 10 years ago, my right shoulder was painful enough that I could not throw ball more than a few yards. That pain eventually went away and I got the full function back. For the past 4 days, my same right shoulder has been giving me the fits. It wakes me up several times a night and it's hard to get back to sleep. I'm using Tylenol and Melatonin. It's basically become nonfunctional because of the pain or fear of pain. What's going on? I'm 65. No recent injuries or aggravations that I can think of. Thanks. | |
